Bamboo Charcuterie & Bread Cutting Board

This charcuterie and bread cutting board with the Bok Tower Gardens' logo engraved into the left side is the perfect addition to any culinary home.  Beautifully crafted from organically-grown Moso bamboo, the board features caps of natural light bamboo flanking the main cutting surface of darker bamboo. Bamboo is an excellent cutting surface: it's lightweight yet durable and gentle on knives.  At 23 inches long, this board will serve and slice even the longest loaves of bread while its unique design also doubles wonderfully as a charcuterie board for serving a spread of delicious meats and cheeses. When the food prep is done, the board cleans easily with hand washing; do not soak or wash in the dishwasher.
